We’d recommend Langkawi Island and Pangkor Island. 

We’d suggest 3D2N, since you are going to the island. So let’s slow down your pace and enjoy 😀

Day 1 :arrival and half-day team building 
Day 2: full day team building 
Day 3: half-day team building and depart back to home 

A) Langkawi Island: flight, ferry and even car (RoRo)
B) Pangkor Island: 15 mins speedboat from the Marina Jetty 

Basically the costing goes as follow: 

The basic training fee is RM10,500/50 pax/day. So if you have more than 50 pax and would like to conduct for more than 1 day, you just have to multiply the number of group (1 group = 50 pax) and number of days will do.

Eg: you have 200 pax for 2 days. So the training fee would be RM10,500 x 4 groups x 2 days = RM84,000 

Basically it’s only 4 items:

1. Training fee
2. Hotel (meaning your stay, food and meeting room usage) 
3. Transport 
4. Trainer’s traveling allowance
